We'll Make an Offer. This is the fourth and final step that will enable you to get started with the process of avoiding repossession.
By now we will have visited your property with you and return to our offices to decide how much we can offer for your property. Based on this information we will then draw up an offer-to-purchase document and email it in Adobe PDF format to the email address supplied at registration. If you accept our offer, you will be expected to sign and fax it back to our offices. From this point we will then forward the "contract of sale" with instructions to our Conveyancing Attorney who will then be in contact with you regarding any further legal requirements and to assist you in notifing the bank that the property has been sold. Once this is done, the sale and transfer process is conducted in the same way that all property deals are conducted and we need to wait for the Deeds Office to transfer the property before you receive payment for the property. In the interim you may continue living in the property.
